Lisette Cobb, ATR, is a dynamic organizational leader whose career spans clinical practice, equity strategy, and systems-level transformation across education, higher education, and state government. As the Founder of Artful Healing Collective, LLC, Lisette integrates art therapy, counseling, and social justice to support trauma healing, emotional resilience, and culturally attuned care. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Clinical Art Therapy and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Essentials from Cornell University, blending therapeutic expertise with advanced organizational leadership.
Lisette has extensive experience in Title IX investigations, conflict resolution, restorative practices, and strategic diversity development. Manuel “Manny” Avellan is an entrepreneur, real-estate investor, and tech-driven strategist serving as Treasurer of TTruth Alliance Inc. With experience in finance, real estate, AI, and emerging technologies, Manny blends analytical precision with innovative strategy to strengthen TTruth’s financial foundation and support responsible, scalable growth.
As a first-generation Venezuelan immigrant, Manny has lived on both sides of the financial spectrum—moving from a period of relying on food stamps while raising young children to building successful businesses and establishing long-term financial stability. He understands the realities of starting from nothing, navigating uncertainty, and fighting for every opportunity. This lived experience fuels his commitment to creating systems that help families avoid those same hardships. In his role as Treasurer, Manny oversees budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and treasury operations, ensuring total transparency for the Board, donors, and strategic partners. Yencris Baez is a strategic, people-centered leader with more than a decade of experience in training, operational leadership, and team development. Dr. Roni Deluz is a nationally recognized leader in holistic wellness, detoxification science, and integrative healing. Dr. Barone currently serves as Owner and Administrator of Limitless Possibilities of Florida, LLC, where he oversees residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Alex E Arizmendi brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in real estate, property management, acquisitions, real estate development, real estate sales, construction, and sustainability. Known for a team-focused approach, Alex E Arizmendi is dedicated to fostering an environment where collaboration drives innovation and excellence across all projects.
Throughout Alex's career, He has successfully navigated the diverse aspects of the real estate industry, excelling in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Richard T. Bayer brings over four decades of experience in architectural design, construction administration, interior design, and community-focused development. His career includes work with large architectural firms, where he contributed as both a designer and a construction administrator on commercial, institutional, and residential projects across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Richard’s background spans carpentry and millwork, interior retail design, architectural documentation, and project coordination. He has produced field-verified construction drawings, coordinated with engineering teams, and supported the design and permitting process for numerous large-scale developments.
As a design consultant and founder of RTB Design, Richard has worked extensively with building committees, municipal planning boards, and local building departments—guiding projects through review, permitting, code compliance, and construction phases. Matt also brings extensive leadership experience from his long-standing service within the Oriental-Martha’s Vineyard Masonic Lodge, where he has held multiple officer roles—including Worshipful Master. His responsibilities included planning annual operations, forming committees, delegating tasks, coordinating district-wide events, and guiding teams through community-centered initiatives.

A professional guitarist since the age of nine, Deuce brings creative precision, emotional depth, and grounded discipline into everything he does—from stage to warehouse to recovery center.
He studied Music Education at the University of Kentucky, where his leadership and performance background merged with a desire to uplift others. He later served as general manager of Wallace Station, a well-known Kentucky restaurant, leading operations and team development for five years.

Ken Dushane III, known professionally as PHYBR, is a nationally recognized muralist, designer, and creative educator with more than a decade of experience shaping public art across the United States. Based in Kansas City, MO, Ken has painted over 250 large-scale murals in cities nationwide and has collaborated with cultural leaders and major brands including A$AP Rocky, Universal Pictures, Whirlpool, and numerous community organizations.
A primarily self-taught artist, Ken blends vibrant portraiture, pop-esque foliage, and bold storytelling to transform public spaces into visual anchors of culture and connection. His work has been featured at major mural and music festivals across the country, making him a sought-after voice in contemporary public art.

With roots in Kingston, Jamaica as a radio presenter, DJ, and music producer, Julian blends deep technical ability with a natural command of audio, staging, and communication environments.
Over more than 20 years, Julian has built a unique cross-industry toolkit — from wiring and securing facilities, to configuring smart-home systems, to designing and troubleshooting AV rigs for events, venues, and community spaces.
