Richard’s background spans carpentry and millwork, interior retail design, architectural documentation, and project coordination. Emery “Deuce” Combs is a lifelong musician, seasoned operations leader, and passionate advocate for second chances. A professional guitarist since the age of nine, Deuce brings creative precision, emotional depth, and grounded discipline into everything he does—from stage to warehouse to recovery center.

He studied Music Education at the University of Kentucky, where his leadership and performance background merged with a desire to uplift others. He later served as general manager of Wallace Station, a well-known Kentucky restaurant, leading operations and team development for five years.

Transitioning into the construction industry, Deuce spent eight years in commercial projects, specializing in pre-cast concrete erection. This chapter forged his logistical expertise and deepened his respect for structure, safety, and systems that hold weight—literally and metaphorically.
